As an American I'm outraged, but not particularity surprised. The Government owes several Telecom companies large sums of money for their 'services' that they aren't likely to pay... they're trying to pacify them.

at least canadian politics are entertaining... If this terror bill was in our House, they would of had 3 or 4 PM elections by now lol
